Hi, I'm Sandra. Coach, sparring partner and trainer for healthy peak performance.

I support executives and teams who, in a world of constant, rapid change, want to lead with clarity, focus, and inner strength. If you want to be successful in the long term and stay healthy, you need not only goals and processes, but also mental fitness.

 

Performance and well-being are not contradictory; they are mutually dependent. As a passionate marathon runner, I know that sustainable success is only possible with consistency, perseverance, mental strength, and targeted recovery. My goal is to inspire and support people in unlocking their full potential, achieving success and fulfillment, and staying healthy in the process.

 

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, change and mental training with top athletes, I support people in responsible positions to remain not only successful, but also fulfilled and healthy.
