Hi, I'm Sandra. Coach, sparring partner and trainer for healthy peak performance.

Performance and well-being are not contradictory; they are mutually dependent. As a passionate marathon runner, I know that sustainable success is only possible with consistency, perseverance, mental strength, and targeted recovery. My goal is to inspire and support people in unlocking their full potential, achieving success and fulfillment, and staying healthy in the process.
