CEO 1:1 coaching
& sparring
Trust as the foundation. Competence as the compass. Development as the goal.

I rely on an approach that combines leadership and executive coaching, consulting, and sparring.
As CEO, you bear a great responsibility for the company and your team every day. You are under constant pressure to meet expectations, and decisions must be made quickly and correctly.
In a 1:1 CEO coaching, you can operate in a confidential environment and openly discuss your challenges. Here you have a sparring partner on equal footing who not only supports you but also challenges and reflects back to you, exploring with you the topics for which there is often too little time in everyday life.
I will support you in:
-
making clear decisions under pressure
-
mastering complex situations strategically and mentally.
-
optimizing your effectiveness as a decision-maker
-
building mental strength and resilience in order to lead in a healthy way in the long term
-
to further develop your leadership skills and strengthen your presence as a leader
Just as top athletes don't work without a coach, CEOs also benefit from professional support that creates clarity, opens up new perspectives and helps them to be sustainably successful.
Medium-term support
Several sessions over weeks or months to work specifically on leadership topics, strategy, or personal development.
Long-term support
Continuous sparring and executive coaching for sustainable growth, strategic leadership and personal excellence as CEO.

What CEOs can learn from athletes
E
As a CEO, you face similar challenges to a top athlete. You are responsible for achieving goals, motivating your team, and making the right decisions even under pressure. In elite sports, success isn't solely determined by talent, but above all by:
Mental strength
Focused and resilient, even under pressure! Recognize setbacks as opportunities and learning processes. Strategically planned breaks and recovery are part of success.
Further development
After the game is before the game; continuous improvement and reflection are essential in today's fast-paced world. This very attitude is what makes a CEO successful.
Teamwork
Top performance is achieved through teamwork. Communicating a sense of purpose in work, fostering strong relationships, and promoting strengths-based leadership and personal responsibility are crucial.
